Technicon Design is looking for a Visualization Designer with a great eye for product visual design with a specialized understanding of modern transportation design.
The Visualization Designer will work in a studio-based environment in the Transportation industry developing beautiful 2D and 3D product visuals. The Visualization Designer will work closely with teams across multiple disciples (Engineers, Modelers, Marketing Specialists) and must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop stunning 2D and 3D visuals of high-quality products while crafting visual storytelling elements
- Create visuals with natural realistic environmental features
- Take complex technical products and distill them into easy-to-understand accurate, visually realistic, animated, and interactive 3D visualization products
- Extract data from 3D Modeling and CAD software to develop accurate imagery
- Partner with engineering, designers, and marketing to establish consistent visual design
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in product or transportation design visualization.
- Deep understanding of visual design, virtual reality visuals, 3D animation, and post processing visual design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills while comfortable working closely with others in a small creative environment
- Be able to work self-sufficiently with a minimum of direction
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in 3D Visualization, Media Arts, Animation or another equivalent related degree
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future, at any point.
