Located in Gothenburg, Sweden – We are looking for an individual to carry out the process of Data Preparation in readying files for Render within our Virtual Reality Software. The Data Prepper will work within our Automotive Design Studio, embedded within the Visualization team, to work across various projects intent on the production of high end Computer Graphics Imagery used within marketing our Automotive Vehicle Brands. You will be focusing on gathering and prepping the 3D data that the team will use to create high quality products.
It’s anticipated that applicants possess an extremely organized persona, good communication skills and receptive to learn new processes, who works well within a team.
Required Skills
Familiarity using Vred and 3DS Max
Deltagen – preparing 3D models for visualization
Maya
Catia and Team Center Engineering (TCe) PLM Software understanding
UV mapping in generating 2D representations of 3D objects
Rigging and creating Skelton frames for 3D models
Experience from Automotive and / or Architecture Visualization
Chinese Language skills would be beneficial – to allow communication with other team members in our sister site in China.
This advertised vacancy is situated in the our design studios in Gothenburg, Sweden. Applicants must be open to working on site within our studio – rather than remotely. This is a contract position offered on a fixed term basis.
