Located in Gothenburg – Sweden, we are looking for a User Experience Team and Project Lead. The focus and duties of the role are to be embedded within the digital in-vehicle experience and connected services, as well as considering the whole user journey for our customers and users of our future vehicle platforms.
The team consist of UX designer, UI designers, prototype developers and strategists. We strive to focus
on our team members. The department work in an agile way, yet not fully complying to one specific framework, aiming at continuous learning and improvement.
Within the role of UX Team & Project Lead – the successful applicant will manage the UX team’s project involvement in different vehicle projects and digital service development, ensuring an overall coherent approach, and keeping an overview of project content, implementation status and cross-team cooperation.
The UX Team & Project Lead will work closely with the Head of User Experience and act as their deputy in team management and strategic work. The Project Lead will interact with various company departments, products, and workflows, in our journey toward the technologies of the future within our vehicle range.
Applicants will need to possess a solid UX background and experience from project and/or
team leadership.
Requirements:
A professional education in UX, HMI, graphics design
Experience from management or positions of departmental leadership
Excellent communication and planning skills
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of User Experience
Experience within automotive is hugely beneficial
Fully proficient in English
Experience of designing for embedded systems is advantageous
